About the role
As a B2B salesperson, you are our face to companies and organizations. You are responsible for both nurturing and developing relationships with existing customers, while actively cultivating new companies. The role means that you have great freedom, a lot of customer contact and that you get to follow the customer all the way - from the first dialogue to delivery and follow-up. You will work closely with the store team and be part of store operations, as well as supporting sales peaks in our stores.
Your responsibilities
- Drive sales and create long-term relationships with corporate customers in workwear, protection & profile.
- Responsible for own customer base – follow up, activate and develop customer purchases.
- Process new potential customers, book meetings and build partnerships over time.
- Staff the professional part of the store and act as a bridge between the store and corporate customers.
- Follow up on sales, work towards set goals and report to management.

We run a fast-growing e-commerce and physical store in fashion, lifestyle and accessories. We are now looking for a conversion specialist who can help us optimize the entire customer journey and maximize sales.
About the role
As a conversion specialist, you will have primary responsibility for analyzing, optimizing and developing our e-commerce. You will work with everything from A/B testing to improving the checkout flow and creating additional sales through smart strategies. The role is a key position in our team and you will work directly with management to drive the company towards growth. It is important that you are independent and proactive in developing and taking on tasks that can drive the business and the webshop forward. You should be able to independently find new ways and areas to optimize and improve to drive conversions.
Your responsibilities
- Optimize conversion rate (CRO): A/B testing, checkout optimization, improve CTAs and turn more visitors into customers.
- Analyze and improve the customer journey: Use heatmaps, analytics tools, and data to remove friction.
- SEO & Product Optimization: Make sure product descriptions and images are optimized to rank high and convert better.
- Create and develop strategies for upselling: Package products and offers that encourage customers to purchase and increase the average order value.
- Set up automated email campaigns & retargeting: To bring back customers and reduce abandoned purchases.
- Optimize ads and landing pages: Work with the marketing team to create high-converting ads.
Who we are looking for
- Experience in conversion optimization, CRO and e-commerce optimization.
- Experience with e-commerce, Google Analytics, Hotjar or similar tools.
- Knowledge in SEO and product optimization for e-commerce.
- Experience in email marketing and customer follow-up.
- Driven, analytical and used to working in a data-driven manner.
- Experience with A/B testing and creating improvements based on customer behavior.
- Independent and proactive in identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
