Shipping & Delivery Policy
At JH Store, we want you to always feel safe and confident when shopping with us. Here you will find all information about how we handle, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing

Orders are processed MondayâFriday (excluding public holidays).

All orders are shipped within 1â3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Shipping Options and Costs

Free shipping within Sweden on orders over SEK 750.

Free international shipping on orders over SEK 2,000.

For all other orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We work with PostNord and DHL. Available shipping options (for example service point or home delivery) are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times

Within Sweden: 1â5 business days.

International: 5â14 business days depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Delivery times may be affected by campaigns, sales, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.
Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

The confirmation includes tracking information so you can follow your parcel all the way to delivery.
Responsibility & Uncollected Parcels

You are responsible for providing correct delivery details.

Incorrect information that prevents delivery will be charged to the customer.

Uncollected parcels will be charged a handling fee of at least SEK 250.
International Deliveries
We ship to most countries. Please note:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Any customs duties and taxes outside the EU are paid by the recipient.
VOEC â For Norwegian Customers

JH Store is registered in the VOEC system (VAT on E-Commerce).

Norwegian VAT (25%) is already included in our prices.

VOEC number: 2038439

No additional customs duties or VAT will be charged upon delivery â the total price is paid directly at checkout.

Returns from Norway must be marked with: "Return â VOEC 2038439".
Returns, Exchanges & Claims

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with distance selling regulations.

Damages or defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
Service Interruptions & Delays
Unfortunately, we cannot control all factors in the delivery chain. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, transport disruptions, or high carrier volumes. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
