The sturdy cast iron design distributes heat evenly and keeps food hotter for longer.
To extend its lifespan, it is recommended to store the plate indoors or under cover after use. The cast iron is pre-seasoned and ready to use immediately, but you can easily improve the seasoning over time with cooking oil.
