You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received your order, according to the Distance Selling Act .

No, unfortunately there is no free return shipping.
When making a return, there are 2 options to choose from:
Either you as a customer pay for the shipping yourself via a shipping company of your choiceWe also offer return shipping via Postnord for 65:-, to make things easier for you as a customer.
In the event of an exchange for another product, we will cover the shipping back to you!

In the event of a defective product upon delivery or damage in transit, a complaint must be made within 3 days of receipt in accordance with the Complaints Act . Complaints must be made in writing to info@jhstore.se and include the order number, description of the error and pictures of the damage.

You can also choose to pay extra to send via DHL . -
If you do not have time to collect your package and the item is returned to us, we will contact you and ask if you would like us to resend your shipment for a cost of 65:-
In the case of an undelivered package where you as a customer do not want us to send the item again, additional costs will be charged, the minimum fee is 250 SEK .
