Returns & Exchanges


You have 14 days to return an item from the date you receive your order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.


To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with any tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide an order number or other proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jhstore.se. We will send you instructions and can offer return shipping through our shipping agreement with PostNord for SEK 65. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.


For exchanges to a new item or size, we cover the shipping cost back to you as the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


Always inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@jhstore.se. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and preferably photos so we can resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on grooming and hygiene products. Sealed products can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.


Products purchased using gift cards or vouchers cannot be returned.


If the “Mystery Win” promotion has been used, the promotional item must be returned when returning purchased products. If it is not returned and the remaining order value falls below SEK 500, you will be charged for the value of the promotional item.


Right of Withdrawal Within the EU


For purchases within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason. The return conditions are the same as stated above: the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping depends on the destination country. Please contact us for information regarding return shipping costs.


Refunds


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
